Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions & prices which appear on this website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in price of any goods you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

In the unlikely event that an order placed by the customer is unavailable or damaged, we reserve the right to give the customer a replacement of the product. In this situation the customer will be notified by e-mail/phone call.

All our product prices are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to refuse a minimum quantity of any item from our website at any time during a transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
Shipping charges may fluctuate based on changing fuel prices however customers will be made aware of this prior to completing their purchase.

Orders & Refunds

When placing an order, the order confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment of your order and not of fulfillment or dispatch.

Delivery and shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We strive to reach dispatch deadlines as quoted on our Delivery Information page. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for a delay in shipment. This responsibility falls on the selected courier which will be made known to you in the Confirmation of Dispatch e-mail.

It is not possible to return items that have been custom ordered and cut to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights. However that goods which are by any chance defective can be intimated withinĀ seven days so that we can arrange to make the replacement.Ā  On the occasion where a return is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost & will not be replaced until the item/s are returned to us. Unfortunately, as all otherĀ items in perfect condition cannot be returned as they are custom made to your individual specification.

Custom Duties & Taxes

The Customer shall pay us for the Service in full and shall pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on charges for services made under the agreement. If your shipping destination is outside of the Turkey, you will be liable for ALL import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; therefore, payment will be required by customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures. We cannot take responsibility for any charges, fees or duties and do not accept returns & refunds relating to your order. By accepting our terms and conditions during checkout you are agreeing to the above.
